Q: Can I mail my Special Assessment payment with my regular payments?
A: No. All Special Assessment funds are deposited into a separate account. Late fees will be posted in February.

Step One: You will enter the three pieces of information from your SPECIAL ASSESSMENT COUPONS. (Different than your normal payment-coupons).
On the next page, you will choose the option to make a one-time payment for the amount that is due.
MAKE SURE NOT TO USE THIS SPECIAL ASSESSMENT COUPON INFORMATION TO SET UP ACH OR TO PAY YOUR REGULAR MONTHLY ASSESSMENTS IN 2025!
Same online instructions for paying regular condo assessments; Owners must use a different set of coupon identifiers though. If you have any questions, please email hailevillagecenterteam@gmail.com.
Note: If you have a balance due now, log in this secure Truist banking site and select Make a One Time Payment. You can also pay a month in advance if you are setting up a new autopay, for January, to avoid late fees in February.
2nd step: Log back in and set up future autopays/ACH using the same coupon information. You may not see the current month listed as an option; for example, if it is January 25th, you couldn’t start autopay until March 1. (Due to timing.)

Any owner can mail a check payable to the correct association. COUPON INFO must be included on your payment. COUPONS should be included AND/OR the information written on the check. Payable to: The Village at Haile Condominium Association VAHCA (condo payments) and Haile Village Center Owners Association HVCOA (HOA payments).

**Late fees will not be waived past January 31, 2025, for checks mailed and received late due to USPS delivery schedules.
The Management office will not accept payments but can help you pay online to avoid late fees in February 2025.
